Firstly I have to say that there are many competent accountants at this firm, my experience was mainly positive until a point. It was only after the initial consultation that I had sent my accountant an email regarding how I should structure (as I'm a start-up). He didn't reply, I also left a text and voice message on his mobile to receive no response. After contacting the office, I found out he was not on holiday or leave either. I dont know if it was because I am only a small start-up, my age or my ethnicity but they acted highly unprofessionally and I would advise anyone that wants an actual "professional" service to seek another firm.
